The Oaks is a roleplay server set in a Chicago-inspired world where you create a character and develop their arc through sustained narrative play. You can pursue a criminal enterprise, build a legitimate business, work in law enforcement or emergency services, or establish a family legacy—the server supports multiple playstyles through faction systems and progression mechanics designed for long-term engagement.

Character development and collaborative storytelling are central. You're expected to commit to your character and interact seriously with other players over extended play, building out your story's trajectory across weeks or months alongside a consistent cast of members.
