Project Icarus runs a tier-based progression system centered on lucid dreaming. Members engage with guided dream tasks and challenges that unlock deeper levels, Icarus Coins, and perks as they advance. The structure works for both people new to lucid dreaming and those already practicing, with education threaded through the guided system and peer discussion.

The server hosts giveaways and events as regular features. The framing is explicit about progression through symbolic and psychological territory—lucid dreaming treated as a structured path with real stages and milestones, not casual hobby chat.
