Mentale Hilfe connects members with trained volunteer mentors available for direct conversation. The server runs one-on-one chats, group talk sessions, and gaming — the last serving as a way to have something to focus on while you're opening up about what's difficult. It's peer support, not therapy. Voice channels let you talk with mentors or other members in real time, and gaming is there as an entry point if structured conversation feels like too much pressure.
