About LatamKeys

LatamKeys is a mechanical keyboard community for Spanish and Portuguese speakers across Latin America, from Mexico and Central America through South America and the Caribbean. Whether you're building your first custom board, swapping switches and stabilizers, collecting keycaps, or modding an existing keyboard, the server has people at every level of the hobby.

Members share build guides, discuss component choices, post sourcing tips for finding parts in the region, and coordinate group buys. The community also features local keyboard and keycap artisans making products across Latin America. Conversations range from beginner questions about getting started to technical deep dives into stabilizer design and switch characteristics.

It functions as both a knowledge base and a social space where newcomers get guidance on their first projects and experienced builders share builds and expertise.
