Kaiser Red organizes Rell Seas players into a structured crew where roughly 80 percent of activity happens together — boss raids, crew battles, island exploration, and naval warfare are group efforts. Solo gathering and exploration are allowed between crew-wide events, but organized activities are mandatory when called. A Supreme Council made up of the captain, first mate, and elite officers handles decisions. The crew uses divisions to manage growth, with each division maintaining its own roles and channels. Members earn titles for hitting progression milestones.
