Problems? ⚠️ How to contact staff / report a problem The easiest way to contact staff is to message the @Helper bot and type what you have to say. A staff member will reply to you as soon as possible. If you want to report a problem in the server, e.g., a user, go to the 🛂report❓ room and write as much detail as possible. If you have recordings or screenshots, you can also upload them directly in the same place. 🔎 I/my friend got muted 🔇 - now what When someone gets banned, this usually means that they had to be removed from the server permanently due reasons that can vary from person to person and the rules they have broken. Everyone who gets banned, has the option to appeal their ban after 7 days. They will have received a link on where to appeal once they got banned via the bots message.
