About dED_UCATION

dED is a community organising around university demilitarisation—the effort to sever ties between educational institutions and the global arms trade. The server brings together people who want to expose and challenge defence industry partnerships at universities and redirect those resources toward sustainable, peaceful initiatives.

The community shares news, resources, and analysis relevant to the movement. Members discuss strategy, swap research and reporting on university arms ties, and connect with others doing similar work on their own campuses or in their regions. The server hosts events and workshops designed to build organising skills and deepen understanding of how the military-industrial complex operates within higher education.
