About The Student Lab

The Student Lab is a study and academic support server for secondary and university students in the UK system. It's built around helping students across GCSE, A-Level, and university levels find answers to coursework questions, understand difficult concepts, and access study resources.

The server has dedicated helper channels for maths, further maths, history, physics, economics, engineering, medicine (biology and chemistry), and computer science. Members can post questions and get help from peers and volunteers in their subject area. Beyond academics, the server hosts news roundups, curates past papers and textbooks, and shares relevant apps and websites. There are also channels for work experience, volunteering opportunities, job listings, and apprenticeships—useful if you're thinking about next steps after exams.

If you're studying toward exams in any of those subjects and want a peer community to ask questions in and share resources with, this is a straightforward option.
