The Imperial Vanguard is a community of Warhammer 40,000 enthusiasts dedicated to playing video games, discussing and writing deep lore, and mastering the art of the brush. TLDR Server Features: - Freedom of speech is allowed unlike many other servers. ​- Gaming & Tabletop discussion. ​- Get painting advice and share your work. ​- Help write the lore of the Obsidian Reef Crusade and the new regiments aboard The Righteous Retribution. - Become a member of an Imperial Guard regiment of your choosing, and lead it to victory with your fellow brothers in arms. - Compete in server events for prizes. 🔴​A Living Narrative Join us as we march under the banner of Warmaster Red in a custom, homebrewed crusade known as The Obsidian Reef Crusade. Several Imperial worlds have provided regiments of Imperial Guardsmen to bring the Emperor's judgement to the heretical worlds in the Obsidian Reef. In lore, the server's regiments are stationed aboard the Emperor-class Battleship, The Righteous Retribution. You may choose from a wide array of homebrew regiments from famous worlds, with lore created entirely by our server members. The regiments we offer are from Armageddon, Cadia, Praetoria, Catachan, and Kreig. Possibly more may be added in the future. 🟣Rank Promotion Opportunities Being active and contributing to the server will help in earning ranks in your chosen regiment. You could even be chosen to be the Colonel or Major of the regiment if you do well enough. 🟢Server Activities & Competitions We will soon have several different competitions with prizes ranging from free games, gift cards, or just server praise (if the owner is broke that month). We are hoping to start miniature painting competitions, writing competitions, and gaming competitions soon so dont miss out!
