Editorial summary
The Forgotten Forest is a D&D 5e Westmarch, a persistent, shared-world campaign where players create characters and pursue their own stories in the same living setting. Rather than a traditional campaign with a fixed schedule, Westmarch games run asynchronously through play-by-post roleplay, letting you adventure at your own pace.
It's for D&D players who want ongoing fantasy roleplay without committing to a rigid session schedule. Whether you're new to 5e or an experienced player, you can roll up a character, hero, villain, commoner, or anything between, and begin exploring. The server is 16+ and has organized RP channels that keep different storylines and locations separated so you can follow the threads that interest you.
Day-to-day play happens in designated roleplay channels where you post actions and dialogue for your character, and other players respond. The staff handles world-building, NPCs, and adjudication of rules as the campaign evolves.
