Technically Hub is a resource repository for FiveM server development. FiveM is a multiplayer modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V, and this server exists as a hub where developers and server owners can discover and share assets to build out their custom servers.

The server catalogs FiveM modifications across several categories: map interiors (MLOs), custom vehicles, player clothing and skins, props and objects, and scripting tools. Members browse and download these assets to populate their own servers or learn from how others have implemented them.
