Starfish is a peer support space for people navigating emotional struggles and mental health challenges. The core idea is simple: sometimes what matters most is being heard. Members listen first, respect what's shared, and offer guidance only when asked.

The server is organized into channels with different purposes. There's dedicated space for trauma-heavy discussions, keeping other areas accessible for lighter connection. Everything runs on volunteer moderation, not professional mental health services, so members are expected to pursue clinical help if they need it. This is a supplement to professional care.
