Shadow Esports runs a Rocket League esports organization focused on team formation, recruitment, and competitive play. The server is open to casual players curious about esports, existing teams looking for a home, and individual players wanting to join or build a competitive roster.

The organization actively recruits players in the Dia 3 to GC 1 rank range and is also looking for casters, video editors, coaches, and people with esports organization experience. Members can create or join teams, get support from the organization, and connect with other players and staff. The server expects Discord activity and a respectful, humorous attitude from participants. Questions and recruitment inquiries go through a ticket system managed by the staff.
