About Pre/Med

Pre/Med is a community for students working toward medical school. Members discuss coursework, standardized test prep, research opportunities, shadowing, and the medical school application process. The server draws on mentors with direct experience navigating this path.

You'll find people at different stages of pre-med—some tackling organic chemistry, others deep in MCAT prep or applications. The mentorship feature connects you with people who've already gotten into medical school and can speak to what actually works. Members share resources on study strategies, application insights, and how to approach the practical side of building a medical school profile.

The server works best if you want real perspective from people further along, not generic pre-med advice. It's a place to ask specific questions about courses, test prep, and applications, and to hear from people who've made it through the whole cycle.
