About Neurospicy Team Ups

Neurospicy Team Ups is a neurodivergent-friendly server where people gather for body doubling, accountability, and everyday support. It's not a clinical space—just people with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent traits helping each other stay motivated and get things done.

The server has channels for focused work (silent and chatty variants), rest and nap rooms, creative projects like art and crafts, pet and plant photos, parenting resources, and general hangout spaces. People use it to body double while working or cleaning, share hobbies and interests, talk through their day, or simply exist around others doing the same.

It's explicitly anti-bullying and built on the principle that you don't have to be "on" or polished to belong. The core draw is practical: accountability without judgment, company without performance pressure, and a place where being neurodivergent is just the baseline, not something to explain or apologize for.
