Mushroom TRP is a roleplay server built around multiverse settings, which means characters and storylines aren't locked into a single genre, timeline, or world. The lore develops as the community grows, and there's room for a wide range of creative directions.

The server is aimed at roleplay writers who prioritise depth and quality. Posts are expected to have meat to them—this isn't a place for one-liners or minimal effort. If you're unsure what to do with your character, the GMs can suggest directions and get you involved in active scenes.

The server has clear rules and functional systems in place to support roleplay. The admins handle problems straightforwardly and are available to help you navigate the server, though they'll be direct about it rather than performatively nice. How they treat you depends on how you behave.
