Kitty Bastards is a general community server built around casual conversation and socializing. It started as a group of people the owner already knew, and has expanded from there with channels for lounge chat, memes, art, pets, and suggestions.

The server uses a level ranking system that progresses through tiers from Unranked up to Ruby league, and reaction roles for age, pronouns, and continental location. Members can grab custom roles to express themselves and find their people. Polls and server announcements are posted regularly so the community has a voice in what changes.

Activity includes periodic community events — game nights with Skribbl.io or Gartic Phone, collaborative Google Presentation reviews, and other ad-hoc activities. There's a starboard for notable messages and dedicated channels for art and gaming. Moderation is straightforward: rule-breakers and trolls get removed, and the server runs automod filters for slurs, masked links, and spam. The server is intentionally loose on topics, including adult conversation, so it's not the place if you want heavy content filtering.
