International Students
About International Students
This is a community for international students to share what it's actually like studying and living in a new country. You'll find people at different stages—some just arrived, some settling in for years—talking through the real stuff: culture shock, homesickness, academic stress, visa paperwork, finding your footing socially, the works.
Members ask questions they might not ask family back home, swap practical advice on housing or part-time work, and talk through the mental side of being far away. The server uses English as its common language, so the baseline works for students from different backgrounds and regions. There are voice channels for real-time conversation if you want to connect beyond text.
It's straightforward: a place to be honest about the international student experience without feeling alone in it, and to meet others working through the same adjustment.
