Horizon is an almost rule free server, the rules are simple, and hard to break. Have fun helping out making this server more active, mention the chat revive ping, communicate with the mods(most active people)... @ the owner, aka proton, aka me! for reports. if other staff isnt responding, or if you wanna put in a suggestion! If a co-owner, or i, dont answer you, please be patient... If its a report, stop talking for a little until one of us gets into action, and the same applies for suggestions.
