GSTeam is an Italian community built around Rainbow Six Siege. It's built for competitive players and people looking to improve their rank and find consistent teammates rather than grinding solo queue.

The server runs mentorship to help newer players get up to speed on map knowledge, positioning, and callouts. Members also use it to find teams and squad up for ranked matches. The community is organized around the game — channels for finding teammates, sharing clips, discussing strategy, and general hangout conversation.
