Gear Ship Alliance (We Dont...

Gear Ship Alliance is a marketplace Discord for Roblox builders and clients. Builders post portfolios and take commissions; clients post build requests and hire creators. The server exists to connect the two sides so work gets done and Robux changes hands without the friction of hunting through multiple places.

The server is for anyone building in Roblox who wants steady commission work, and for anyone with a build idea who wants to hire someone competent to execute it. If you're a builder, you showcase what you can do. If you're a client, you describe what you need and negotiate a price. Beyond transactions, members chat about building techniques, share inspiration, and give feedback on works in progress.

What makes this useful is the direct connection, no middleman, no algorithm deciding who sees what. Builders and clients are in the same space. It cuts out the noise of searching Reddit or Twitter for commissions, and it means creators can build relationships with repeat clients instead of starting from zero every time.
