Elo Flex is a League of Legends server built around mentorship and coaching. Members are players serious about climbing ranked and improving their game, paired with more experienced players and coaches who offer guidance on mechanics, macro play, champion mastery, and the mental side of ranked play.

The core of the server is one-on-one coaching and feedback. Coaches here work with players on their individual playstyle and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Study sessions with higher-ranked players and direct feedback on replays are the main activities, focused on translating improvement into LP gains and better in-game performance.
