This is a support community for people navigating depersonalization and derealization disorder (DPDR). Members come here to connect with others who understand what the condition feels like—the disorientation, the sense of unreality, the isolation that often comes with it.

The server functions as a space for mutual support. Members share their experiences, discuss what's helped them manage symptoms, and talk through the difficult moments. There's no pressure to be at any particular stage of recovery; people new to diagnosis, in the thick of it, and further along all participate. The core ethos is that you're not alone in this and that recovery is possible.

If you've struggled to explain DPDR to people who haven't experienced it, or felt isolated because of it, this community gets what you're going through. The conversation centers on real validation and genuine connection rather than clinical diagnosis.
