The CLN helpline is a peer-run helpline with people who have experienced what you are going through. We have experience in helping people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide, and mental illness. We are even there if you just need someone to chat with because you are feeling a bit down or bored. We believe no one should have to face any problem alone.
