About CLN Helpline

CLN Helpline is staffed by volunteers with lived experience in depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and mental illness. Members can connect through private one-on-one chats with trained helpers, join open discussion channels, or participate in support groups. Voice channels are available alongside the text-based spaces.

The server exists to reduce isolation by having someone available to listen when you're struggling—whether that's a crisis or just a rough day. It's peer support from people who've been there, though it's not a replacement for professional mental health care.
