CareerCode is a community for people learning to code or working toward a career in computer science. It's built around the idea that programmers at any level—beginner to experienced—benefit from peer support and shared knowledge.

The server functions as a space where members ask coding questions, share what they're learning, and trade career advice with people who've navigated the field themselves. You'll find discussions around the fundamentals of programming, working through problems, and the non-technical side of a CS career: interviews, job searching, growth, and burnout. The community operates on the assumption that most questions are worth asking and most answers are worth giving.
