About Bot Design

Bot Design is a robotics community for people building and designing robots at any level. Members discuss mechanical engineering, actuators, sensors, programming, and design methodology. The conversation spans hobbyist projects, walking robot mechanics, hexapod designs, bipedal locomotion, competition robots, industrial automation, and creative exploration.

The core of the server is peer knowledge-sharing. Members post project updates, ask questions, critique designs, and troubleshoot problems together. No question treated as too basic. If you're stuck on a mechanical problem, designing a robot, or learning from what others are building, this is where that work happens.
