About Baalei Teshuvah

Baalei Teshuvah is a server for Jews who grew up without religious education and are now pursuing observance, along with Jews of any background or level of observance who want to support that journey. The focus is learning about Jewish practice, Torah, and life as a religiously observant Jew.

The server is structured around education and mutual encouragement rather than debate. Members share resources, ask questions about practice and belief, and help one another navigate the process of becoming observant. The community welcomes converts and those in conversion preparation as well as born Jews at any stage of observance.

This is a study and support space, not a forum for interfaith dialogue or theological argument. If you're looking to debate or discuss comparative religion, the moderators will direct you elsewhere, but that's not the purpose here.
