Editorial summary
Altera is a Minecraft modding community centered on developing and testing an AI companion mod. The core work is collaborative: members test the mod, share their experiences, and offer feedback on how the agents play and behave. The focus is on making in-game characters more intelligent and responsive through iterative development.
Beyond the mod itself, the server discusses AI and gaming more broadly, with an open interest in mental health and wellbeing alongside the technical work. If you're interested in seeing how agent systems actually function in a game environment or want to contribute to the mod's development, this is where that happens.
